Prof Michael Gillings is from the Dept of Biological Sciences at the Macquarie University. His research interests lie in the exploration of Genetic Diversity and is one of the most popular lecturers at the University.  He will be talking to us on DNA.

Gail Davis has a long and distinguished career at the NSW State Records and has undertaken numerous research projects involving the State Records and is a very popular speaker on the seminar circuit.  She will be talking on Pioneer Probates and Wills.

Danielle Lautrec is the Education Officer with the Society of Australian Genealogists and combines her part-time position with studies for the University of New England’s Graduate Diploma in Local, Family and Applied History.  She will talk and show us some of the unique collections held only by the society.
